AHA Oxygen Workout, sometimes known as EWOT ( Exercise With Oxygen Therapy ), is a therapy that uses light physical exercise as a platform to oxygenate a person's bloodstream. An oxygen mask is worn during the activity, which helps to breathe oxygen and send it through to the capillaries quickly.

Install the system by the set-up and installation instructions. Inflate the reservoir bag for approximately 30 minutes before starting the oxygen workout.
After inflating the reservoir bag for 30 minutes, start the workout for 10-15 minutes or until the heart rate is above 100 bpm. Then put the silicone mask on your face and begin the oxygen workout for 15 minutes.

You need to increase your heart rate by running, jumping, riding a stationary bike, elliptical, rower, or doing your favorite routine.
